Classification of polyurethane cleaners

The belt conveyor cleaner is one of the parts that must be equipped when the conveyor conveys bulk materials.Here we will work with conveyor cleaner manufacturers to learn about two types of cleaners:next-end cleaners and empty section cleaners.
Polyurethane cleaner is also called polyurethane scraper.It is divided into:one cleaner,two cleaners,and empty section cleaners.
1.The head cleaner is installed at the discharge roller of the conveyor head to clean the material attached to the working surface of the conveyor belt and make it fall into the head hopper.
1)Heavy hammer scraper cleaner.This is a standard head cleaner that uses a heavy hammer lever to make the cleaning scraper close to the conveyor belt.It is more suitable for conveyors that convey materials that are less abrasive,drier,and difficult to adhere to the conveyor belt.
2)Carbide heavy hammer scraper cleaner.It is an improved version of the heavy hammer scraper cleaner,and can be made into a double scraper type to improve the cleaning effect.
3)Rubber spring alloy scraper cleaner,commonly known as alloy rubber cleaner.It uses rubber springs to make the cleaning scraper close to the conveyor belt.Due to the use of replaceable hard alloy as the scraper,the life of the scraper can be extended.It has H-type and P-type structures,which are arranged in pairs to form a double scraper for two cleanings,so the cleaning effect is good,and it is suitable for belt conveyors for conveying various materials.
2.The empty section cleaner is used to remove debris falling on the non-working surface of the branch under the conveyor belt to protect the redirecting roller and conveyor belt.
The place where the empty section cleaner needs to be installed is the tail redirection to the front of the drum and the first 90°vertical tensioning device to the front of the drum.During installation,the plough tip of the sweeper scraper should be facing the direction of the conveyor belt movement to scrape debris onto the ground on both sides of the conveyor.
1.The cleaning surface of the polyurethane scraper cleaner of the conveyor belt conveyor should be in contact with the tape.After the contact,the cleaning coverage area should not be less than 85%of the belt width to customize;if you customize the cleaning width of the 800mm conveyor belt conveyor polyurethane cleaner Not less than 680mm,if the cleaning width of the polyurethane cleaner of the 1000mm conveyor belt conveyor is not less than 850mm,if the cleaning width of the 1200mm conveyor belt conveyor polyurethane cleaner is not less than 1020mm,if the 1200mm conveyor belt conveyor is customized The sweeping width of the polyurethane cleaner is not less than 1190mm,if the 1600mm conveyor belt conveyor polyurethane cleaner is customized,the sweeping width is not less than 1360mm,if the 1800mm conveyor belt conveyor polyurethane cleaner is customized,the sweeping width is no less than 1530mm.
2.The thickness of the cleaning medium(adhesive strip)should not be less than 10mm,and the height of the part that protrudes from the fixed frame should not be less than 20mm.The fixed frame should not grind the belt surface during belt operation.
3.The V-shaped conveyor belt polyurethane cleaner should be processed in accordance with the processing drawings.The belt conveyor using channel steel as the belt stringer should fix the conveyor belt cleaner on the belt conveyor stringer with bolts or pins.Use steel pipe as the belt longitudinal The belt conveyor of the beam should use a flat iron to fix the cleaner on the longitudinal beam of the belt conveyor.
4.The triangular angle iron frame at both ends of the V-shaped conveyor belt polyurethane cleaner should be separately fixed with a thin chain or steel wire rope as a safety rope to prevent the gangue from colliding and pulling into the tail drum.
5.Using triple rollers as the belt conveyor with the bottom belt idler rollers,the center and rear cleaners should be replaced with a straight roller set before and after the cleaner to ensure that the belt surface is level and the contact area ofthe cleaner and the tape to ensure the cleaning effect.
6.After finding that the conveyor belt cleaner is stuck with stones and iron wires,clean it in time to avoid damage to the belt.
