  In actual coal washing production,the production parameters that users often adjust include feed pressure,particle size composition,and feed concentration.The equipment parameters that are frequently adjusted include the diameter of the cyclone and the diameter of the underflow port.In actual production applications,we often need to adjust these parameters according to production needs in order to obtain the best sorting effect.
  But when the relevant parameters are adjusted,how will the grading effect of the hydrolysis cyclone fluctuate,and what is the fluctuation range?Although there are a large number of complicated calculation formulas and theories,in actual production,there is not a set of systematic,complete,accurate and intuitive guiding opinions and data.
  After the hydrocyclone is installed successfully,it needs to run for about 5-10 minutes under load.The purpose of this is to flush out the debris inside the cyclone.If you find a dripping place,tighten the bolts.At this time,we have to observe the working pressure of the slurry tank and the system.When both of them remain stable,the cyclone reaches normal operation.
  Through the above steps,we can ensure that the hydrocyclone starts to operate.There are two points to pay special attention to during operation:1.The working pressure must be continuously stable within the required range,and the concentration of feed,overflow,and underflow must be Within the required range;2.The material balance calculation table and the classification efficiency of the cyclone can be calculated from the concentration and particle size composition of the feed,overflow,and underflow.
Common problems with cyclones.
  Possible problems and solutions during the operation of the cyclone:
  1,the cyclone does not feed
  Possible reasons:the pump is not plugged in,the inlet valve of the cyclone is not opened,and the pipeline before the inlet of the cyclone is blocked
  Solution:check the power supply of the pump,open the inlet valve of the cyclone,flush the pipeline
  2,the slurry tank overflows
  Possible reasons:the volumetric flow rate of the feed is too large,the speed of the pump is too low,the lining or impeller of the pump is damaged,the slurry transportation pipeline is partially blocked,and the design size of the cyclone is too small
  Solution:If it is a short-term negligible,increase the pump speed,replace the lining or impeller,flush the pipeline,check the accuracy of the design parameters
  3,the slurry tank is evacuated
  Possible reasons:the volume of the feed is too small,the speed of the pump is too high,and the design size of the cyclone is too large
  Solution:if it is a short-term negligible,reduce the speed of the pump,check the accuracy of the design parameters
  4,the pressure value fluctuates up and down
  Possible reason:the slurry tank design is unreasonable,the solid material gradually decreases in the slurry tank,and the slurry entering the slurry tank varies greatly
  Solution:correct the error in the design of the slurry tank,identify the cause,and make appropriate adjustments to the feed
  5.Overflow concentration is too high
  Possible reason:the water content in the slurry is too small
  Solution:pour water into the slurry tank or overflow tank
  6,the overflow concentration is too low
  Possible reason:the water content in the slurry is too high
  Solution:reduce the amount of water in the slurry tank
  7.Underflow concentration is too high
  Possible cause:underflow port size is too small
  Solution:Increase the size of the underflow port
  8.Underflow concentration is too low
  Possible cause:the size of the underflow port is too large
  Solution:reduce the size of the underflow port
  9.The overflow particles are too large
  Possible reasons:overload of grit nozzle,too large overflow,too high density of feed
  Solution:increase the size of the grit nozzle,replace a slightly smaller overflow,reduce the feed density:add water or reduce the solid content in the slurry
  10,overflow particles are too small
  Possible reasons:the overflow is too small,the density of the feed is too low,the operating pressure is too high
  Solution:replace a slightly larger overflow,increase the feed density:reduce the water volume or increase the solid content in the slurry,reduce the working pressure:reduce the water volume or reduce the number of revolutions of the pump
  11,the undercurrent particles are too small
  Possible reasons:the size of the grit nozzle is too large,the overflow port is too small,and the operating pressure is too high
  Solution:reduce the size of grit nozzle,replace a slightly larger overflow,reduce working pressure:reduce water volume or reduce pump revolutions
  12,the underflow particles are too coarse
  Possible reasons:the overflow port is too large,the operating pressure is too low
  Solution:replace a slightly smaller overflow port,increase working pressure:add water or increase the number of revolutions of the pump
  13,the grit nozzle is spray-like
  Possible cause:The grit mouth size is too large
  Solution:reduce the size of the grit nozzle
  14,the grit mouth is rope-shaped
  Possible reasons:the size of the grit nozzle is too small,the grit nozzle is partially blocked,the slurry density is too low or the solid content of the feed is too high
  Solution:Increase the size of the grit nozzle,stop the cyclone to clean up the blockage,if the phenomenon is short-term,it can be ignored.
