  Ten common failures of cyclones and their solutions
  Fault 1: Vibration
  Treatment method: air suction occurs, use the suction pipe; the material volume is large, change the feed/cyclone parameters; linear discharge, control the inlet; the overflow pipe is deformed, replace the overflow pipe.
  Fault 2: Undercurrent density is too low
  Treatment method: the feeding condition of the cyclone is incorrect, replace the discharge nozzle/overflow pipe; the size of the discharge nozzle is incorrect, use the correct size discharge nozzle.
  Fault 3: Abnormal super granularity
  Treatment method: if the outlet is large and the underflow nozzle is severely worn, replace the appropriate underflow nozzle; if the feeding density is too large, check for blockages; if the feeding is reverse flow, replace the easy-to-wear parts.
  Fault 4: The cyclone is blocked

  Treatment method: large amount, large proportion of frothed coal, reduce the amount of coal; unreasonable pressure setting, adjust the pump frequency; low barrel position, small opening of the feed gate, increase the barrel position, and open the gate.
  Fault 10: Underflow density is too low
  Treatment method: The discharge nozzle is worn or the size is too large, replace with a suitable discharge nozzle.
