  ② Incomplete or uneven stirring of the slurry, the turbulence of the slurry sink or foam layer is increased, and the flotation index is reduced or scrapped.
  ③ The number of bubbles is reduced, the degree of dispersion of the bubbles is reduced, resulting in a reduction in the recovery rate in the flotation index. It can be seen from this that in order to achieve the desired level of flotation, a wear-resistant flotation machine rotor must be used to reduce the wear of the flotation machine rotor, and it needs to be replaced regularly.
Working principle of rotor stator of flotation machine
  The flotation machine stator is commonly known as the flotation machine impeller cover plate, guide vanes, flotation machine conical cover, etc. The role of the flotation machine stator in flotation is mainly to form negative pressure suction, adjust the amount of ore pulp entering the rotor, make the flotation machine easy to start, and stabilize the foam layer.
  When the self-aspirating mechanical agitation flotation machine works: the ore feed pipe feeds the slurry to the center of the stator, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor throws the slurry out, and at the same time, a negative pressure is formed between the rotor and the stator, so the inlet pipe automatically Breathing outside air.
