  Why do you want to get rid of mud?
  Before the minerals enter the sorting process, they must first go through crushing and grinding.   The working principle of hydrocyclone desliming

Due to the difference in particle size and density of fine sludge and coarse sand, the centrifugal force they receive is also different. When the ore-bearing sludge enters the feed pipe by pressure or gravity and enters along the tangential direction, the centrifugal force on the coarse sand will be greater. Being thrown near the wall of the vessel, as the outer spiral flow is discharged from the sand settling port at the bottom, it becomes an underflow product with more solid particles; while the sludge has a smaller density, the centrifugal force received is correspondingly smaller, and the sedimentation speed is slow, so It takes a long time in the spiral flow and eventually becomes an overflow product.
  Generally, the hydrocyclone is mainly used in heavy separation plants or chemical plants for desliming operations. In concentrators, the desliming hydrocyclone is suitable for processing sludge below 19μm.
  According to incomplete statistics, 50% of the sludge before the final tailings output in the concentrator is discharged by the desliming hydrocyclone. After continuous experimentation and practice in recent years, the use of hydrocyclones to remove the sludge in the slurry is technically and economically feasible and reasonable. It has many advantages: firstly, it optimizes the beneficiation process The process improves the classification efficiency of desliming, protects the equipment in the subsequent beneficiation process to a certain extent, and improves the service life of the beneficiation equipment.
