  3. Analysis of sedimentation parameters: often observe the status of the sedimentation and discharge of the cyclone, and regularly check the sedimentation concentration and fineness. Fluctuations in the concentration of sedimentation or "fineness of sedimentation" should be adjusted in time. Under the normal working condition of the cyclone, the grit discharge should be "umbrella". If the sediment concentration is too large, the sediment will be columnar or intermittently discharged.
  Adjustment: ① The high grit concentration may be caused by the large feed slurry concentration or the too small grit port. You can add an appropriate amount of water to the feed place first. If the sediment concentration is still high, you need to replace a larger grit port.
  ② If the sedimentation is discharged in an "umbrella shape", but the sedimentation concentration is lower than the production concentration, it may be caused by the low feed concentration. At this time, the feed concentration should be increased.
  ③ The reason for the “fine sand trapping” may be that the grit diameter is too large, the overflow pipe diameter is too small, and the pressure is too high or too low. The pressure can be adjusted first, and then a smaller grit port can be replaced to gradually debug to normal production state.
  4. Analysis of overflow parameters: regular detection of overflow concentration and fineness. The increase of overflow concentration or "overflow roughness" may be related to the increase of feed concentration and the clogging of grit.
  Adjustment: It is found that "overflow running rough" can first detect whether the grit port is blocked, then detect the feed concentration, and adjust according to the specific situation.
  5. Equipment maintenance: Check the wear of each part of the cyclone frequently. If the thickness of any part is reduced by 50%, it must be replaced.
  The most easily worn part of the cyclone is the grit port. If the grit clamp is found to be fine, check whether the grit port is worn or not, and replace the grit port.
