The pressure of the cyclone to the mine should be controlled within the pressure range required by the production, and no major fluctuations should occur. The fluctuation of the feed pressure is usually caused by the drop of the liquid level of the pump pool and the air traction, which makes the pump feed insufficient or the debris in the pump is blocked; the pressure drops after the cyclone runs for a long time, usually caused by the wear of the mortar pump .
Check whether the overflow and grit discharge of the cyclone is unblocked. If the overflow and grit flow is reduced or the bottom flow is interrupted, the grit port may be blocked, and the feed valve needs to be closed, the flange is removed, and the grit is removed. mouth.
Observe the sedimentation shape of the cyclone. Under normal circumstances, the underflow discharge of the cyclone should be in an umbrella shape. If the underflow concentration is too high, it will be discharged in a columnar or intermittent block shape. Replenish water in the feed pump tank. If the concentration is still large, replace the large grit; if the underflow clamp is thin, the underflow may be too large, the overflow diameter is small, and the pressure is too high or too low, so adjust it first Pressure, and then change to a smaller grit port.
1. Before starting the test run, make sure that all the connection points of the cyclone unit are tightened, and all kinds of residues in the pipeline and the unit box should be removed to avoid leakage and blockage after the drive. Make sure to fully open the cyclone valve in operation.
2. The valve can be fully opened (such as running a cyclone) or completely closed (such as a backup cyclone), but it must never be in a half-open state (that is, the valve must never be used to control the flow).
3. If possible, please test the car with clean water first. The feed of the cyclone can be provided by pumping or high tank. If the pump and cyclone throughput match, the pressure gauge shows a constant reading. To ensure that the pressure gauge reading does not fluctuate, if there is obvious fluctuation, check the reason. The equipment is required to work under pressure not higher than 0.3MPa.
4. When the equipment runs smoothly under normal pressure, check the leakage of the connection point and take remedial measures if necessary.
5. Check for blockage caused by residue entering the cyclone. The clogging of the feed port of the cyclone will reduce the overflow and sedimentation flow. The clogging of the cyclone grit opening will reduce the sedimentation flow or even cut off the flow, and sometimes severe vibration will occur. In case of blockage, the feed valve of the cyclone should be closed in time to remove the blockage. In order to prevent clogging, the feed tank of the hydrocyclone unit can be equipped with facilities to prevent coarse materials and debris (such as chip removal screens). At the same time, the feed tank should be emptied in time when stopping to avoid precipitation, Concentration is too high to cause blockage accidents.
6. When the equipment is proved to be running well by the clean water test, the slurry can be input for operation.
